We’ll use our expertise and knowledge of the local market to help us put a value on your property, and we’ll encourage you to take independent advice on our valuation. Generally we buy at a discount; however this varies depending on the individual property. Then we’ll make you an offer, which you can choose to accept or reject.

If you accept our offer, we’ll discuss how you’d like the sale to proceed. You may want to move quickly, or you may prefer to have time to look around for the house of your dreams with the certainty that your property is already sold.
